Alloy cast steel parts

Alloy cast steel parts are a type of pressure cast parts,which are made by using a pressure casting mechanical die-casting machine with a casting mold installed.The heated zinc or zinc alloy is poured into the feeding port of the die-casting machine,and then die cast to produce zinc or zinc alloy parts with the shape and size limited by the mold.Such parts are usually called alloy cast steel parts.

The main characteristics of alloy steel castings are that the melting point of zinc alloy is relatively low.When the temperature reaches four hundred degrees,the zinc alloy undergoes a melting process,which is relatively easy to form in alloy steel castings.Zinc alloy does not absorb iron during the melting and die-casting process,and its casting performance is good.During the die-casting process,many complex and delicate parts can be cast,and the surface of the casting appears smooth after die-casting is completed.Meanwhile,the proportion of zinc alloy is relatively high.

Alloy steel casting technology is widely used in injection molding processes,and its main advantage is to focus on improving the quality of castings.Those who are familiar with alloy steel castings know that runners and leftover materials are a part of the casting,and they have little value for utilization in the casting.However,these are still included in the cost of the casting.Simultaneous alloys also have recyclability,and typically these leftovers are returned to their original suppliers in exchange for new materials.If the supplier does not handle it properly,it will lead to air pollution and environmental hazards.There are many ways to recycle alloy steel castings,and alloy steel castings are alloys mainly composed of zinc,as well as other alloying elements such as aluminum and copper.The manufacturing process of alloy cast steel parts is usually divided into two types:cast zinc alloy and deformed zinc alloy.Each method has different characteristics for zinc alloy casting.
